Pick Ups, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:

Thank you for shopping our online eyedia shop!

Pick Up Policy:

Your item(s) can be picked up: Tuesday – Thursday 10 am - 4:30 pm, Friday and Saturday 10 am - 5:30 pm and Sunday 12 pm - 4:30 pm. We are closed on Mondays.

Purchases must be picked up within 2 days of purchase. If your second day falls on a Monday or a holiday your pick up deadline is the following day. We assess a $25.00 per day per item storage fee due to our limited space after the 2-day grace period.

Return Policy:

Our return policy is good for 48 hours from purchase.  If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We are a consignment shop and sell items in "as is" condition.  If you have questions about a piece, please call or e-mail us before you purchase the items.  We are happy to take additional pictures and give you more information about the piece before you purchase it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to our shop within the 48 hours.  It must be in the same condition you received it. We don't allow exchange or returns on 50% off sale items, candles or body products. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at onlinesales@eyediashop.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately 50% off end of the month sale items and any seasonal items cannot be refunded.
